What is not connected
There is no MLS feed, no CSV upload of a search, and no Slack or CRM sync. /api/webhook is the billing callback. The studio posts the notes you type to /api/tool.
Honesty note: The listing-price hint is a draft from pasted comps. It is not an appraisal and it does not promise a sale price.
